A huge thanks to Signwave Newtown who have donated the new signage for our garden. This gives the garden greatly improved street presence and directs people to website where they can find out more about our project. If you need any signage work these are your guys! Visit there website here.

Sydney Arbor Trees kindly donated their time and labor to chip a big pile of tree branches we generated after a working bee. The mulch created was reused on the site and spread over existing garden beds. See Sydney Arbor Trees for any future tree work, visit their website here.

Lend Lease have generously donated all the geo textile fabric required to cover our site to deal with the soil contamination issue. A big thank you to Lend Lease and an acknowledgement of their work at Barangaroo South where they are also dealing with remediation of contaminated soils. Visit their website here.

Newtown Sustainability Group and Camdenville Public School were awarded a Schools First 'Seed' Grant to help in the establishment of the Camdenville Paddock Community Garden!
We held a  Breakfast BBQ to celebrate, check out some photos of the day in the album.

The grant acknowledges and rewards our School and Community partnership. This funding will contribute substantially to the set up of our garden and will cover the cost of some large capital items such as water tanks, soil, sheds, and tools. We thank NAB for their support, click here to find out more about the award.
